Following the historic mass movement on July 24 and the August 5 uprising, Beximco Pharma, like other leading industrial organizations in the country, faced conspiracies and destabilization attempts from various opportunistic groups. Alhamdulillah, thanks to the prudent leadership, courageous decisions, and far-sighted actions of our Management, the situation was swiftly brought under control.

The Journey of VSMS (Vendor Staff Management Software)
A new era of modernization and digital transformation has begun in vendor workforce management through VSMS, a remarkable initiative of the Factory Administration.
With this software, critical processes such as daily attendance, overtime, payroll, attendance bonuses, festival bonuses, leave management, and more — for approximately 1,800 vendor workers across six disciplines (Sublime, Munshi HR, Prime, PCS, Garden, and Garbage) — can now be managed swiftly, accurately, and efficiently.

Following months of meticulous groundwork, including complex setups for 60 shift types, 12 shift groups, and 59 departmental duty rosters, we are now in the final phase of payroll trials. InshaAllah, the upcoming VS Bill (16/06/25 – 15/07/25) will be generated through VSMS, marking its official launch.
Challenges & Our Commitment:
One of the major challenges we encountered was the lack of uniform shift, duty, and overtime rules across departments, which required customized approaches and solutions. Even now, some challenges may continue to emerge — but we are fully prepared solve the all issues. As we firmly believe in the principle: Rules must be equal for all. There is no greater joy than walking this journey together with unity, discipline, and shared responsibility.
A successful demo of VSMS has already been presented to the representatives of OSD-1 and SSL in the gracious presence of Mehboobul Haque Sir and Safin Bhai.
Throughout this journey, the continuous guidance, directives, and encouragement from Safin Bhai played a pivotal role in timely completion.
I would also like to sincerely thank and express deep appreciation to our dedicated MIS Team — without their technical expertise, tireless support, and commitment, this achievement would not have been possible.
InshaAllah, the successful implementation of VSMS will bring about greater transparency, operational excellence, and enhanced productivity in our labor management system.

Shift Overview:
Our shift structures are diverse and include A, 7AM, G, AD/BD, B, E, C, AN/BN, and Ramadan Shifts, each carefully designed to meet operational requirements.
All departmental responsible representatives can conveniently log into VSMS from their desktops to instantly observe all the VS billing information and make prompt decisions.
